Your bases look great, and the Mounted Legolas is going to be fun to paint. To bad they'll have to wait until after exams

Cheers

That one was my favorite as well!! I agree with Razhburz about the eyes...I almost never have my models looking straight ahead. When I paint the iris of the eye I try to look at the body language of the model and have them looking in that direction. Also a little color like Regal Blue can really make a models eyes stand out...that color would look great on Legolas! :D
Well done on these Haldir!

Thanks but I'm not particulary happy with this one. It's the sculpt what makes it a bit unnatural- I got this mini along with Legolas and Gamling oneBay, they were all H Blistere (ft & mtd) and I got them 3 at price of 1. I was shocked at first but when i recived packkage I notice unnatural number of spare matal pieces and moved forms. It's obvius it can be mainly dealed with, but on some places like faces it's just hard. Despite that I'm happy with deal i've made ;)

I think Boromir looks great! The detailing around the face is superb. I also like the way the base is looking. Keep it up.

Thanks for comments so far. Today I had some spare time and I finished... well almost finished the Horse and outer cloathing plus fur rimmin the cloack. The inner cloathes are applied with first layer of Red Gore and maybe tommorow I'll post some new.

Also If you're wondering when I'm goig to do all the metallics ...well...i'm not ;) From the begginig I took NMM as an only possibility of painting this model (giving that last time I used this technique would be 1-1,5 year ago this will be nice comeback i hope)

So Here as some fresh baked pics ;) Again artificial light distores them a bit so don't believe your eyes with the colours.
