So i've never done anything related to converting before until very recently. Thorin was my first attempt as I felt the version from the Azog diorama from FW was well suited to being mounted. For Dwalin i didn't really know how it'd turn out but i feel i came out well as the pose, at least to me, seems like he's on the back swing from decapitating an orc.

The parts i used for the conversion came for various models but 95% were done with Goat riders, Champion of Erebor Dwalin and FW Thorin.

Sorry about the poor quality, i still need to learn how to photograph miniatures better.

The Thorin model looks quite good, unfortunately the other pictures didn't come through. Think your pictures are fine, just crop them down to show more of the figure.
