So who would win? It's a match I wouldn't mind seeing.

Off the table, Good. 3 Trolls aint nothing to Treebeard. Treebeard and 20 ents dominated Isengard which probably had more than 3 trolls. The eagle would also be pretty strong but probably dies first.
