Hahah alright.

Well, although I voted for monsters my vote in spirit goes to Eastern Invaders and Gondor and Arnor lmao.

I cant believe people are so hung up on Elves. I mean...I like to play with them, but havent we seen enough in every contest and work in progress. Our elves will never be as good as the ones in your topic anyway! Loll. Well....some people do really nice ones.

I'm sick to the back teeth of painting elves lol.

I think because a lot of the new releases have been from the elven havens its what people have in front of them or high on their lists.

I voted monsters too as i have a big dead mumak ready to go. Need it shifted fairly soon and would have been nice to paint it up for the challenge. Eastern Invaders i could make suit also as have lots of easterlings coming up soon.

Whichever way it goes i'm ok with. even if it is elves lol i guess one more won't hurt.

I just dont like the fact theres not many varying paint schemes. Ive seen a lot of different dwarves....gondor and arnor, not so much but there is still wiggle room.

Monsters are fantastic, and the east has a lot of choices as well. A LOT.

So yeah......if elves do win I hope we dont see 10 entries all gold and bronze with like 1 silver.

With all these votes Ill be suprised though if we even see half of these people actually do the contest lol. Ill do it if monsters make a roaring come back. Not sure about the others.

I didn't know Harad was Eastern or it would have made more sense to have it be Fallen Realms instead and DMS could paint his dead mumak for a harad entry... so I would not be quick to assume Eastern Invaders and Harad are the same thing. Cause I have tons of Harad to paint but not a single Khand or Easterling.

I think DMS already said Harad was OK, and even Mordor if you really have nothing else.

Same here. I have a box of Easterlings but I haven't decided if I want to really build an army out of them or not.

Sure, maybe not your first choice, but not interested at all?

You can do Harad, Umbar, Mahud, Easterlings, Khand, Mordor-which can entail Barad Dur, Morannon, the Black gate.....literally this poll option by far has the most way in terms of what you can do.

What were you trying to have win?

I am actually cheering with the outcome, couldnt be more fit for me right now as im working with my easterlings. And apart from that, harad is the most challenging army for painting with the most stunning results from what i have seen around.
