The conversions are all great. I like the little touches, like the armor pieces laying about. The orc paint jobs are awesome too, cleanly painted dirty colors, works perfect.

in my sick bed at moment but will get photos done soon as vignette nearing completion. Was meant to have bound prisoner about to be executed on high shelf but would be in bad taste and i didnt like it. Rather have jeering orcs....although do have the heads ala ROTK Thanks all for the comments. These figs are 4 years old (conversions are 10.....treebeard speed!) and my style now has altered and I have decided, good enough at reading distane, good enough for me!
Sithious, if you wouldnt mind, what basecoat would you recommend for Azog as I really love your orcs and your colour schemes.
I was considering as a final highlight vallejo deck tan which is a cold, dead off white but as for base colour?????

XV-88 - it is a warm tan and works well on orcs for pale skin or yellow skins too, though some pale skins I may thin glaze over this to knock out it's extreme and on others I may shade it further with darker browns, all depends on which way you want to go with it and personal taste.

Thanks buddy. Need to get that as vallejo has no equiv in the vmc range and is a useful colour. I will defo glaze this one as layers will look too stark.
