Great looking base. I would echo Gandlaf on that: the amount of work needed on this Smaug model is unbelievable. I look forward to future updates

A splendid job! I like the clean finished look you've done sculpting over the existing elk.
Alway felt that type of sculpt came out looking better. Lol

I've been doing some work on the armored version recently but you'll have to wait a few more days for an update on that.

There is an arkenstone somewhere in that hoard?

I can't spot it in the photo you have posted there of the base, but that base looks crazy complex, all those chests look fantastic though.

Yep congratulations you spotted it there near the center of the base. Yeah I tried a slight light source effect. Just a subtle one

Looks good, I might try something similar myself when I take the plunge an buy it, but that's way off yet!!
