I want to paint his Aragorn pose in a similar way to GBHL James' Three Hunters version, can someone tell me how to do it and what paints i will need?

Is the attached picture a copy of what you are trying to achieve? That is a pretty standard aragorn. Dark angles green mixed with black for the coat, scorched brown for the leathers and black mixed with dawnstone for the pants. Good luck.

In GBHL James' Hobby Vlog#2 - Three Hunters James goes over what he used for the cloak in detail. As for the under tunic he used dark blues and browns for everything else. He used a base, wash (ink), highlight, fine highlight and drybrush. Start with the largest surface area which in your case is the cloak and proceed from there. As for paints I'm afraid I can't help you as my paint ranges are all mixed up!
