The new GW site is up and it seems we got a restock of some minis

I've checked on some but I felt the price were the same on some. Can't find the war of the ring bases though :/ Was thinkin' of getting me some.

Why is the Fellowship of the Ring Journeybook now classified as a new release? I just checked the site out and it's in the New Releases section. Is it a re-print, or re-written, or just an error?

I read the description and it sounded like it was some sort of compliment to the Hobbit rulebook.

Hmm, I kinda like the mobile version of the site. Its clean and simple.

Edit: just checked the full site and it looks very good! Job well done GW!
And the free shipping has changed from 75€ to 50€! Nice!

Site looks nice, the Free People's book, Azog and Mirkwood Spiders are all back, still no Boromir, Gothmog, Sharky & Worm etc. looks like they're gone for good.

Most worryingly/frustratingly for me is the fact that ALL of the FAQ articles for ALL of the systems are suddenly gone. I spoke to Customer Services and they said they had no plans to bring them back. Baffling decision.

I'm actually surprised by how nice the new site is and how some of the models deemed oop are now back, I need to let them know I'm happy with the lotr things and changes as I actually am and I think it's good for anyone else to send a little praise their way to let them know we still exist

Just in time for the Heartbleed mass password changes world wide. It makes sense that you would have to sign up new (makes it so no old profile, credit card and other info is on the site that could have been hacked by heartbleed).

At least everyone was able to make some underhanded negative comments because of this change disguised as sarcasm. :-D

Yeah, my heartbleed detector app is complaining about GW's new site. Though, to be fair, its also complaining about the BBC site.

Nice new GW site though. Some sort of WP variant?

The new site is much more fluid and sleek than the previous site. It works very well on mobile.

It looks like we can click on an 'email me' button if we are interested in a certain product that is currently out of stock..

And the site looks very welcoming, the white background is nice.

Although I think the look is better I don't like the change. It doesn't represent well the physical stores that I like so much. If there was no content on the website I would presume it to be something like an Apple store or some kind of phone company. It's not that I don't like the design, it's just it doesn't fit with the feel of the real life shop.

I like it so far. I'm not done poking about yet, but I think the new design is a winner. Minis back in is a bonus too! I'm just thankful I don't play Space Marines anymore, so I'm not tempted to spend $120...
