Ok so now Kev has painted this, I can show the conversion. Basically, the original arms were cut off flush at the shoulder and metal pins were inserted and then skinned over. Cloth was then laid on.

I loved this figure when it came out with the original White Council and thought it was perfect, but you have improved it! Love it, brilliant work.

Looking at the raw version, I am beginning to thing that a transformed Galadriel paintjob would have been even better - Angry Galadriel, glowing with power. Yep.
