I agree the water effect has the potential to make these look stunning if you can sort it out as they're a great set of miniatures.

They look great! I think the base of the one in the front, to the left looks amazing! It looks just like he is rising up from a swamp. Good job!

Thanks for the comments, at this moment I think the base can be done a lot of better, I'm trying to buy another artificial water for it.

And now I have started a new army: Mahuds...

First the Mahuds with Blowpipes, I want to paint first them and next to paint the Mahuds warriors.

Well, I'll use the original GW Mahuds with Blowpipes, and some Masais minis from Foundry, with a work of green...

Love what you are doing with the Mahuds - especially love the use of alternative miniatures.

I couldn't see a snake rising out of a wicker basket though :wink:
