Agreed! Love the dead wood (very natural) and the water effect is terrific. 8)

Those are Basicks' Big Troll, and Troll Cheiftain respectively IIRC.

I'm not the biggest fan of the sculpts karavitis, but you did a tremendous job with them! Can we get a group shot of all your trolls together?

I have started another company, this time Dead Marsh Spectres. I have been working in three elves-spectres, they're near finish, I must complete the base and make the artificial water in.
I hope you like them.

very nice painting! The only thing that pops up in my head - giving them a more dirty look or not? They have been rotting there quite some time. But maybe that would ruin it. :-) Just tought to share this tought.

Nice work on the siege bows and trolls. The spectres are fantastic, the vibrant colours really emphasis their glowing spirit nature, very nice palette too. may I ask how you painted their armour ?

I painted the armor first with Chainmail + Caos Black, and next Glorious Gold. To finish with Polished Gold. All paints from Vallejo Game Color.

You have the niche for spectre painting, a truly wonderful job.
I note you use Vallego metallics. How hav you found them as most suggest GW do the best metallics ?
Judging by the results they are good but I'm just curious.

Hi, thanks for the comments.

BizzareWarstar, you can use GW paints that are similar to these.

Gandlaf the Grey, I use Vallejo metallics because my GW metallics are empty... I use what I have.

Well, I have finished the first eight minis, I must finish the bases yet, but the artificial water is being a headache for myself, so I'm slowly with this.

Here a photo of the company, more in my blog.

Is it me or is the white one doing a rap video ?
Wonderful painting though. The green ivy is almost neon in comparison to the clothing, a very nice touch.
What water products did you use ? They are a nice addition but unfortunately don't seem to have set very well, which is a damn shame as I think these are a joy to look at.
