Ok, so here're the models that still need to be released:
Azog
Erebor dwarves
Erebor captain
Grimhamer Captain
Thror
Thrain
Lindir
Finecast Company
Radagast on sled

I think that's it from the rule book. We might get additional poses for Balin and Dwalin from the flashback scene (I really want Dwalin in a mohawk!) but I think that's it. Then we might get a sourcebook. That leaves 9-10 more releases for this year, unless the Company gets split up into groups of 2-3.

I really, REALLY hope they do it this way. I love the looks of the FC Dwalin and Kili particularly, but I'm more than happy with the EfGT versions for most of them. The cost of a 13 model "Fine"cast set would be absolutely hideous. GW have to be aware of that...

So Yazneg and White Dwarf were released... with zero information on how to actually field him. And for such a big and interesting model, going 'online only' is interesting. Obviously the Goblin King and Radagast online only is so they can keep pushing the big box, but Yazneg probably means they want to sweep it under the covers of miscommunication and last minute changes. I wonder if we'll ever get Azog?

you can just use Yazneg as regular captain, although I'm really tempte to use him as Azog until the real mini comes out. On foot, he has a 2handed axe. Mounted, he has a lance. He's obviously the original version of Azog.

No one seems to have mentioned Giant Bats and pony mounted dwarves. I suspect that we will get an Azogs/Bolgs body gaurd class of orc as well?

I personally would like to see a model of the dwarf with the mohican featured at the gates of Moria. I suspect that pike/spear armed dwarves are on their way.

There are already giant bats and spiders. I don't suppose we'll get new ones particularly soon. Pony mounted dwarves are a good shout.

I really hope so.

I doubt we'll see any new bats or spiders until the second movie hits, much as I'd like them.

I'd recomend you remove that link incase GW is watching. Don't want GW getting angry at Dagorlad again.

To revive this thread, we still have a good amount of models left to release. With the Warriors of Dale, I now have hope that they'll release at least some Wood Elves and maybe Gundabad Orcs (like the white ones seen fighting alongside Azog) which would require a sourcebook and we still have some stuff from the rulebook to release.

So, what we got left from the rulebook:
Azog (I'm really hoping for a foot, mounted and a seperate White Warg models)
Thrain
FC Company with/without ponies
Radagast bunny sled
We might also get a Grinnah and Goblin Scribe set, though I somewhat doubt it
We might also get Radagast and Gandalf on horse
Standard Erebor Captain
Lindir armored foot and mounted

Wishful thinking/non rulebook models:
Sourcebook
Captain of Dale (we better get this)
Maybe a named Dale hero
Thranduil foot and mounted
Some new, armored, wood elves
Something along the lines of Gundabad Orcs as I said above.

I would clump that with the FC Company release.
