Afternoon all,

Been gaming and painting for around 10 years, LotR the main interest with a little Warhammer fantasy thrown in. Got a huge amount of models that I'm going to trawl through. These have mostly been done since the New Year.

I'll be trying to do ~300pts for each list with the main characters painted up. Anyway, without further ado:

Angmar:

Minas Tirith:

Lothlorien:

Apologies about the picture quality, rather poor camera. I'll be updating as I do more and I plan to do a Moria warband next.

Cheers for looking.

A gallery might have suited these better, nice collection and paint work though

The quality is ok, just need to be a bit brighter. Looking good though.

Yeah, I realised as soon as I posted that it wasn't exactly WIP. From here it'll all be models being done as they're either stripped or basecoated at best!

In regards to the darkness, I''ve been messing around with the lighting and I'll be sorting my Goblin king tomorrow so hopefully they'll come out a little clearer!

Then again, next ot none of the WIP topics are true WIPS..

They look good! Would you say you are a gamer or a collector mostly?

Thanks! A gamer first, but I'm such a fan of Tolkien that I want all the armies to be able to theme any battles! Its a curse.

Some more progress, the Goblin King which was a genuine pleasure to paint. Really easy to put together. Really impressed by the model:

Bit more angmar stuff, can't bring myself to paint more regular orcs. Such a chore to paint :(

Thanks for looking
