Thank you for your words! I am glad that, as you say, I am getting better! The secret Entrances of Moria are some terrain pieces that I made recently for a game. I used simple materials to make them and if someone is interested I describe step by step the whole progress here:
http://dramatickatastases.blogspot.gr/2 ... moria.html
Ashrâk, the Spiderkin is one of my favourite heroes of Moria. He has a couple of special rules, such as the "Death touch" and the "Poison-blood" that make a Moria game more interesting!
I cannot attach any photos, instead I receive this message:
"Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."
What do I have to do?

Nice work on those! I think you can't post any attachments in this thread anymore. You can just copy the image URL codes by right clicking on the image and selecting "copy image URL", then click on the "Img" button when posting a reply, and you'll get this: [img][/img] . You can paste the image URL between and the picture will be shown in your post. Hope this helps!

The magnifying glass is something I have not seen before with minis - well not as part of terrain. It looks like something Saruman or Elrond would have, a scrying device similar to Galadriel's Mirror.

The rocky bases you have posed the spiders on makes them look much more dynamic than usual. I think I will steal that idea when I come to do mine. Cheers!

Well they are very nicely made. In my opinion a bit bright/light. I'd be tempted to give them a dark wash to dull them down a little.
But I certainly smell what The Rock is cookin! (WWE reference :))

Ironhelm is the Dwarf Iron Guard Captain according to the "War of the Ring" rulebook. The other day a friend of mine gave me a Chaos Dwarf. He knows that I have a Dwarf Army and he thought it would be nice to add the miniature to my collection. And I did so, but not before I converted it to an Ironhelm Captain! First step was to remove all the skulls from the miniature and there were too many of them! After that I had to change the shape of his hat to remind the Iron Guard helmet. Finally, I cut the horns, the pointed ears and the long canine teeth and gave him a moustache and a closed helmet by using green stuff. The whole idea was to modify its warhammerish look! After that, I painted him with green and blue colours to match with both Iron Guards and Iron Guards Ancients. Below you can see the result and of course any C&C are welcome:

Spider Queen and Swarm are the new miniatures of my Moria army. I put the Queen on a "Dweller in the Dark" base. I think the Dwarf skeleton is a nice match for the Queen! Any C&C are welcome.
