Nice work on the winter theme. The rangers look very snowey and cold :)

Here are (somewhat less than brilliant) pictures of my converted Goblin Captains (one of whom can be seen in the Conversion Challenge thread), finished goblins and WIP Rohirrim "loose ends" - the last models I have to paint for that army.

And Rohirrim with their cloaks painted Dark Angels Green (if you can see it):

Next up: Thorin and Dwalin, Goblins (again) and Wood Elf Cavalry.

Here's Thorin and Dwalin in half a basecoat ... yes, that's purple on their arms. The colour of royalty and all that.

And also Elf Cavalry. These are broken wood elf bodies (the one with a sword is a MoM Legolas), glued onto Riders of Rohan, with clumsy sculpted capes to hide the join and equipment from the Perry War of the Roses box. And advice on putty work (though I can imagine the paint job makes it hard to see, and I'm sort of glad it does) would be very much appreciated.

Thanks!

It's a Perry miniatures buckler. They come with the "mercenaries" set.
