What were Sauron's requirements in order to 'hand out' Frodo in the Return of the King? The Mouth of Sauron said them to Gandalf.

-Gondor's army was to withdraw behind the Anduin.
-The Gondorians were to swear never again to assail Sauron, in secret or publicly.
-All lands east of Anduin were to be Sauron's
-As far west as the Misty Mountains, all would be tributary to Sauron, and not have any arms, but govern itself
-Isengard would be rebuilt and the Mouth of Sauron would live there.

Sauron's plan was to attack after all this had happened from a far stronger position, and conquer everything.

I'm pretty sure it was 120 and 105; Legolas saw one hundred and five riders, included Éomer (I guess) who later said that he had lost fifteen men and twelve horses. So, 120 Riders originally and 105 survivors is my answer.

:-D Okay, weird question coming up. When a Nazgûl asked Farmer Maggot where "Baggins" was, Maggot refused the offer of gold, and would give the Black Rider how long before releasing his dogs?
