Well, I have been working on my Rohan army, and figured I'd try adding my new "elf" hero and see how he does. Painted from scratch to this today, so not too much 'WIP' but he isnt based yet so this will have to do It looked like he had a chainmail kinda look, but bieng an expert marksman, I didnt want him to look like a knight of Gondor but more of a veteran hunter. Someone who understands that its important not to look like a target, So I did alot of browns instead.

Nice work.

I didn't think elves had beards though.

lol hes a rohan hero, that doesn't ride and specializes with a bow... Not very rohan-esque...

I'm not sure I agree with that. I mean, yes, the horse represents a huge part of the average's Rohirrim's life, but actually hunting is much easier to do with out a massive animal you can lose control of.

That, and it DOES stop Rohan armies from being ridersridersridersridersriders...

Very true, but I still prefer at least having the option to And I've decided to name him Elfhelm, that way everyone wins
