Hi guys, this is my first post here so hi!

I have just managed to pick up this little fella:

Image

Now I just need to build the support structure around him but as I haven't done anything like this before I need some help. What material should I make it out of and where would the best place to buy it be from (I'm in the UK btw).

I want him to end up looking like this (well you get the general idea):

Image

Any help would be appreciated

Locate some Basswood* strips in a hobby shop that specializes in RC model flying models.Balsa wood is not strong enough. I don't live in the UK so I can't help with where.
*generally called lime in Britain and linden or basswood in North America.

Well I haven't received it yet as not quite sure what its made of :)
I bought it from a certain famous online auction site, only stumbled on it as the auction was ending and couldn't believe it had no bids so I couldn't resist. The images are from the auction, can't wait for it to turn up but it's going to be quite a project to build the wooden structure, as I said any help would be great.

Its made out of plaster of paris, and you can find several auctions by the same gentleman from Greece. He has a friend who has a mold. Of that and a Watcher in the Water head.

I have the Watcher Head, it came much quicker than he said it would . . . but its dependant on whether he has them in reserve or not, because it takes several days for the piece to dry once its molded. I was happy with mine. Haven't bought a Grond yet, but may soon now that the beasts are out.

I am not going to bid it up.
If any one sees the Billbo's Trolls in plaster let me know. I do not have all three

Seriously though this is a constant auction he has going, so don't bid too much on it, because you can get it for his minimum bid, so that should go for everyone.
