The purpose of this poll is to determine which of the above evil characters will be the painting challenge for the month of February. The poll will run until 06:44AM on January 17th GMT, leaving everyone with a short amount of time to go out and get the materials they might need participate next month.

Please note - the winning choice is not what you must paint next month, only what is preferred, you are still more than welcome to paint something else similar if you haven't got the correct miniature (for example, if Amdur is chosen and you don't have an Amdur miniature in time, you're permitted to paint up something similar for the challenge instead - for example, an Easterling Captain).

There seems to be a trend that the ones you have painted are the ones that get a high amount of votes :?

I have voted for Saruman. It's about time I added a wizard to my small collection of painted minis :P

I wouldn't mind Suladan either, it'd give me a good excuse to buy the model which I really like. I would want to try and get hold of the old mounted mini though.

Hmm, Fallen realms theme, I like it.

Red Corsiar, if you remember, last time I had the idea for challenge to paint 8 single troop. We should vote for the theme, like gondor, or mordor...

Since then I got a new idea also: horse mounted hero, as category. It is a very big variety from Mouth of Sauron to Eomer.

I'd also like to repeat my suggestion for a female villain. For example Lobelia, Shelob & co, Queen Beruthiel and Thuringwethil the vampire, or a "non-canon" conversion.

Would Radagast be a good stand in for Saruman? I already have Saruman and Gandalf painted so, to complete the official Istari, I just bought Radagast.

Yeah don't worry about repeating suggestions, I have all the suggestions from the old thread and suggestions from threads since then that have popped up noted down. Thanks though.
