Excellent painting on the King!

I found some miniatures recently that I painted when I was your age and well let's just say they are not quite as good as yours.

I let my dad do most of these, as they are just miserable orcs. My next door neighbour, Sonny, helped him. Now he wants to get into Warhammer too! They've all got spears, to support my crossbowmen.

My evil army is nearly complete! Just Vrasku and Ugluk to come... and a shamen of course!

Agreed. The red cloth areas are my favourite part, the highlighting on them is spot on. Good job with the skin tones and metallics too.

Vrasku. We thought we'd be different and do him with the white hand - makes him look more evil.

My isengard army is now in shape. Mostly crossbowmen, backed with orcs and spears - plus some Uruk Hai with shields and pikes to protect the leaders and the flanks. Plus of course the Berserkers, the Troll and Wargs for bigger battles. All we have left to do is one ring wraith.... and of course a Shamen! :-D
I have to say my dad did most of Vrasku, as I've been up since 7 o clock - assembling tyranids!

Curtis,

Your painting is spectacular. It's not just spectacular for your age, it is spectacular for any age!

Keep it up kid! 8)

This is sickly good. I wish I could paint just half as good as you now, let alone when I was 11

My dad did all the conversions even the chainmail, but I did all the painting. The shaman has a white warg because he used the evil magic of Sauron to tame the untameable. The sliced up torso when painting it, was a mistake, I painted it dark flesh then painted elf flesh too soon but it looked awesome, like he'd been skinned, so I decided to keep it that way.
Hope you like it! :-D

OH, and my dad painted the other two wargs while I did the shaman so we now have a scary warg attack force.
