Rivil is the odd one out as it is a tributary of the Sirion - all the others are rivers off the ossiriand

That's right, they're all tributaries of the Gelion, except the Rivil.

Hurin was the lord of Dor-Lomin - after his capture the lordship of Dor-lomin was taken over by Brodda the Easterling.
