Haha, that's why my mum is there to help  I hope to have it completed for when my mate comes up in August and we play 3 straight days of LotR :D
But it's going to be difficult finding time to do it and finish the boards that I have been procrastinating about for ages, ah well

Procrastination. A favourite pastime of mine  A bit like that with me when the holidays come round my mate comes over for about 20 battles in 2 days!
Exaggeration. Also another pastime.

Well, I finally finished the boards! :D

Yesterday and today were spent flocking them, putting purity seal on them, gaffer taping the sides and then adding the hooks. I think I should have maybe thought about how the grass sections matched up, but it should be fine when I add scenery on top :)

Anyway, pictures:

I just have to brush some dust off before I take them inside. Finished another Dunlending who was a conversion so I'll show him tonight,

Very nice little conversions! The smallest conversion-job can do many wonders, which you have proven here again!
I have loads of those Rohan-warriors myself, and might try to do this aswell some day! Great idea, very well worked out!
Well done :)

Great conversions! I like how you've used Isengard weapons and shields to show that that is where a lot of their weaponry comes from. I especially like the pose on the completed one!

Wow, lots of great replies thank you all very much :-D

Eruraninon: That's the look I was going for, to show their allegiance, and thank you

TBB: Go for it, it feels a lot better than paying £8.20 for 3 metal models :

Your conversions have turned out very well, particularly the warrior. Your painting is as good as ever. 8)
