Ty Drum - I started with some wire like the previous sculpts i made. I Did a bit of fur some hours ago - i think the cape will get out well.
I could make stats - but i have no clue about point costs :o .
-Sculpt is not finished yet

Haven't been able to work on it few days - but i managed to do some work on it this morning. I added most of the fur - except for some small places. Maybe still some refinements on the capes (making it smoother in the front side,..) . The hair needs some extra touches to.

Is that referring to the flash of the camera - or she being naked ? Don't worry she will be body painted with war colours - :)

I wanted to be it like some celtic warrior - their females went to battle naked :) if i am not mistaking -
+ Good distraction for my opponent :P

Hmm maybe i ll do it like this - i just remembered that i liked those colours

Good work on those elves, the gold and red work really well together. I'm not to keen on the sort Of white/gold colour, it just seems to detract from the model a little. A pure white (like on the bow) or a light grey would work a but better. But it's a very good start to the new year so well done. 8)

Ty Cyndra - the elves have been some kind of colour experimenting for me. But since yesterday i got the strange feeling that i have painted them badly...
Got a groupshot of the past elves grouped..
Image
This is the last elve of that group - still working on the base
Image
My gf suprised me and wanted to go for a try for painting something
She didn't painted the whole figures yet - but this is what she has got so far
Image
I did one of the two his cloaks tough as an example.

they look great lad! I really like the one with gold armour and blue cloak! The freehand on the cloak looks awesome, keep up!

They aren't painted badly at all. Maybe it's just some of the colour combos putting you off. But they certainly aren't bad- the freehand is amazing 8)
Your girlfriends pretty good as well. Looking forward to more progress.

One of the elves that seemed to bother me - was the one with the yellow-white ribbon around his belly - so i darkened that up a bit with a wash - and i feel much better about them right now. I also will paint the next figures in some colours that they will look at least a bit the same - To regain some army feeling.

I felt like starting a scenery project - i first wanted to built a mountain - but i went for a small fort instead -
Image
Also want to built a siege tower and ,... But i ll start with this fort. i got the feeling that the gate needs to be a bit bigger - but that will have to wait - till the glue has dryd.

Well this is it for today - i think i have worked long enough at it - and i actually should have worked for school :-D or my comic
lol.
The tower was just something i tought of - but i don't think i ll put it on. It was more of a try out. I still need to add walls - on the top floor +putting one some more tiles. And i need to finish the gate to. Not sure what i ll make of it. I started with no plan at all... wich might be stupid :)

Do u mean in the middle of the square- well - not enough room for that - u would barely be able to pass trough the gate.
I need a bigger fort for that   . Ty for the comment-

I really like the tower with the fort. Will it work on the wall by the gate?
It would be cool to keep the tower as a separate section. Then you would have more options

There still need to be walls on the upper levels - so maybe i should break of a piece to make room for a platform big enough to put the tower on..

Looks great to me and it shows how you can make great scenery from simple materials.
Most of us start with no plans so don't worry about that!
I'm looking forward to seeing the gates.

I changed it quickly - i gotta go in few minutes- i have training
Image
i wanne have the upper floor walled up to - but the windows shouldn't be covered - maybe an extra height ? with stairs to put the tower on.
