i'm a bit confused about the rules about calvery charges.
from what i understand is that when a rider charges a infantry piece, it gets an extra attack and the infantry gets knocked down.
my first question is, can the infantry do a damage roll if he wins the fight or does winning the fight only mean that he wont get knocked down?

The foot model only gets knocked down if he loses, its a normal fight, the cavalry model just gets a bonus. So just play as normal unless the foot model loses.

But the cavalry guy still gets the extra attack on charging. Which would mean 1 attack+1=2 attacks+knock down if winning the fight=target trapped and double dice=4 attacks.
