Hi, bought a box of these ages ago, finally going to put them together. I noticed the heads are separate, which is cool, but has me wondering: am I going to have to do a lot of work with greenstuff around the necks? I guess I'm worried they'll either look freshly hung, or having a torc. Any advice to avoiding the putty?

I concur with the posters above. No trouble at all just gluing the heads on with plastic glue - no need for greenstuff.

Well, that went fine. They've cleverly indented the head so you really can't go wrong. Had a new question though about Galadhrim cavalry: knights have the expert rider rule so they benefit from a shield even when using their bows. This seems like a critical feature to me, you wouldn't want to model your bowmen without a shield. So where would you put it? The RoR models had a spot for the shield, but the knights don't. Any advice? Anyone with pics of shield-equipped bow-elves?
