Actually, they've got Mordor and Galadrhim profiles up.

Better late then never. It is actually really nice to have the Mordor and Fallen Realms Profiles up, I've been wanting to see those for awhile. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. 8)

Maybe some haven't been playing that long. Seems to me GW could offer a print-service on their website, it would be pretty easy to automate.

I was able to pick up the issue with the Galadhrim rules, however my local gaming store doesn't always get in WD when it's released. I was hoping to get the issue with the Mordor and Fallen Realms rules, however when they didn't get it in I spent my money on models instead. As a teenager, money is limited for me meaning I have to sometimes choose between getting a WD or models, usually I choose the models as I expect that the rules will indeed eventually be placed online. You shouldn't asume it's always easy to pick up a WD, for me it can be a bit of a challenge.

No. I haven't gone near WD for a long time now. When my sub ended the other year I decided it wasn't worth the price of renewal. I don't play GW games enough to justify the expenditure, and its not much of a read these days in anycase.

Same here, but I usually go for the mini's. I do plan on trying to get the latest WD as it seems to have more lotR content than usual. I also plan on getting the new Knights of Dol Amroth, but i'm not to sure about that. I know that I will get the SKODA for sure, and, if I can get enough money I will be getting the WD.

Well the new Nazgyl are both Interesting, and The Golden King is marvelous. But the mini I liked the most is Kardush, he is sooooo going in my army....

Well Black Guards and Abrakhan Guards are also nice....basic troops with strength of 5??? nice or strength 4 with two handed weapon without the -1 penalty truly awesome.

Glad that elves cavalry cost soo much  and that they carry elf blades which makes them even more costy :P Take that elves.... :P :-D

(nothing personal)

I really like the rules for Rumil and the new Haldir. I'm tempted to start a Galadhrim army...

EDIT: 500th post! :D

I do not understand how their armor isn't "heavy" and the 2nd age armor is.

Never knew Heavy armour was such a big issue... yes i know D6 = 50 % less likely to die. But you can't expect the Galadhrim to have it really as they replaced Haldir's Elves which only had armour.

On topic: Great news for everyone who missed the WD's.

Yeah, but I thought Haldir's elves *had* heavy armor. It certainly looks stronger than anything a ranger is wearing!!

Yeh it does look stronger but unfortunately (or not for me who has to face elves on a regular basis) it was classed as armour.

I too gave up my sub a few years ago. I did however pick up the last two or three issues as they had a stack of Rohan rules etc. I'd like to see the White Dwarf LotR articles put onto DVD in their entirety (or year by year) so we can buy them separately rather than having to get the magazines (I have no interest in Warhammer Fantasy or 40K). Some other mainstream wargames mags do this for their readership.
