Hey I am not really a big gamer at the moment because I dont have many opponents, plus at my local GW they dont play LOTR games on thier games nights. If you are ever in Victoria send me an email and i'll be happy to play a gme with you!

You're right KJ Necromancer, that's exactly what this forum is for.

The list Doopy's referring to is an attempt to make a central list of members who are looking for other members in their area. We really don't have an effective way to "find" nearby members here on OR, so the list is an attempt to keep a current record of who's in your area; again it is a voluntary thing so by posting a post (like you did) you may find a long lost member who doesn't visit OR very much (heaven forbid), but may be interested in getting together for a game.

I'm in Victoria, near Mornington too. I work crazy shifts so hooking up can be tricky but not impossible.
I dont get out to the nearest GW shop in Frankston since the owner moved from Mornington,plus he did himself no favours by telling me LOTR was a flash in the pan and I would get more gaming out of a sqaud of @#$ sapce marines, I refuse to do any form of business with a guy who tries to tell me what he thinks I want, great ambassador GW has in this guy.

The biggest hurdle is the whole "Mum, I met this guy on the net" thing, as a parent myself I understand the concerns of letting younger members met up with strangers for a 'game'. Unless Mum or Dad want to meet up with forum members, the only 'contact' you'll get is on this site.
