Would not have been against Troll/Ogre had it been monsters in general: got some eagles, a fell beast and something that will, when assembled, resemble the Watcher in the Water on my desk already. Good as a painting comp too, as they always seem to be the models I never start on: hence the queue!

I resisted putting Monsters as an option as the option always attracts the most votes more often than not from people who do not take part in the challenge themselves. If there is enough demand we will have a special "Monsters" Challenge in the next few months. I will give plenty of notice so that people who want to take part have time to organise a model.

Fair enough, sounds good to me. Besides, some potential entries may well qualify for other categories anyway.
