Actually the idea of this section is so you can post feedback in the thread already dedicated to the user you've traded with. For example, you traded with Dave so you would reply in the thread titled 'UKFreddybear' as linked to there. If a thread does not already exist for that user you would have to create it however there is already one in this case so just go and post it in that thread.

Just so you know I'm sure a Ringwraith will lock this soon enough
