hi i'm quite new in the forum and in this great site. what are gold coins for ? i've two of them from the beginning but what can i do with them ? thanks dan |

You can buy things with them by clicking on the buy button on your proile. You can also donate them to people who have helped you on the site. When you have 12 things in your profile - your profile rank changes from wayfarer to something else, depending on what realm you have selected in your profile! Corsair |

I love it when new member's ask this question - every time,  .
Besides, there's a reason why Alan wrote: One of the first questions a newcomer asks is usually "What are the Gold Coins for?"
It's to be expected though. I mean, they don't do much at the bottom of your profile.

Actually, and I will admit that this has never been advertised, if you get 6,786,112 coins (figure randomly selected), you take over the entire site and me and Alan get to retire
