If your name is on the list below then in line with the General Rules you must 'sit-out' the equivalent category in the September 2008 awards since you won that category in the previous competition. Quote: 7. Any member who is not entering the Beginners Category is normally eligible to enter the maximum of one entry for any of the Open Categories they wish to enter. The exception to this rule is that a member placed first in the previous awards for a category must 'sit-out' the following Awards. e.g The winner of the March Best Painted Miniature category cannot enter the September Best Painted Miniature category. They are eligible to enter any of the other open categories to encourage them to try a new field of the hobby.
Therefore the members below cannot enter the following categories this time. [h2]Open Categories[/h2] Best Painted Miniature 1st Place - Glorfindel, Lord of the West by Lords of glamorgarth Best Terrain Piece or Diorama 1st Place - Balrog's Doom by Dorthonion Best Sculpting / Conversion Piece 1st Place - Albert the Great by ukfreddybear This doesn't prevent you from entering the the other open categories and you are also eligible to open the "Master Craftsman" category as it is open to all. |
