When: November 11th-13th, 2011
Where: Best Western Inn, Pittsburgh, PA
What: GM event submission, now until August 31st
GASPcon is entering its 12th year, and we are celebrating by continuing with the addition of a 3rd day (Friday) to the convention that we started 2 years ago. Even better, pre-registration prices are staying the same as last year. Think of it as getting an extra day for FREE. GASPcon runs 24hrs a day from opening till close.
We are now accepting GM event submissions. To submit an event to GASPcon, fill out the online form completely. GM event registration closes at the end of August, and player registration opens about a week later.
http://www.gaspgamer.com/gasp_con/gms.htmlSlotting of events is at the discretion of the convention coordinators, to make room for as many events as we can. While we try to get everyone the day and time they request it is not always possible, so we may ask to change your requested slot. Getting your submission in early will help ensure you will get the time slot requested, but our submission process in not strictly first come first serve.
In order to run an event at GASPcon, you must register and send in your payment before your events will be added to the schedule. If you GM for 8 or more hours your registration fee will be refunded. If you GM for 4 hours your will receive a 50% refund. No refund is issued if you run events for less than 4 hours. No refund will be issued if you do not show up to run your event and don’t contact us 24 hours before the start of the convention.

http://warhorn.net/gaspcon-xii/Traditionally, minis space is limited at the con, and this year will not be an exception. We are getting more and more board and RPG gamers each year, and the minis space is becoming a hot commodity. If you wish to run a minis event, PLEASE submit your GM request as soon as possible. We need to determine how much space is needed, so that if there is extra room, we can give it over to the RPGs and board games.
This is especially true if you wish to run any sort of tournament, and need multiple tables in a single slot. We really need to coordinate the space for these types of events. If you think you’ll need space for 12 or more players, get the info in ASAP.
