Have just been looking at the warlord games website. Does anyone know what kind of rules are used for their imperial romans and celts?

Thanks

Don't know if they're making them for a special rule system, but you can use them for any historical rules in 25/28mm scale. A few examples are DBA, Warhammer Ancient Battles and War of the Ring (if you create your own rules to use Romans, Celts etc in WotR). James (Corsair) here on O-R have made rules to use Romans in WotR; I'm sure that if you ask him he'll send them to you.

The Romans and Celts are covered in the baisic Warhammer Ancints rulebook, as well as being suitable for Field of Glory. As stated, you could either use them as alternative armies for WotR (possibly Celts as Rohan and Romans as Isengard), and there are already some people who have made their own lists.

The Pike and Shotte miniatures work for English Civil War, 30 Years War and the forthcoming Blackpowder rule set.

I've been using the LOTR SBG rules for several months now, you can download them here: http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/LOTRvariants/

I have some Warlord Games English Civil War on the go right now. They are brilliant minis with nice detail and great value.

I have the Warhammer English Civil War rules to use for the game.

They have ECW cavalry on pre-order right now!
