Very nice job! That is a lot of popsicle sticks! Great use of sticks and balsa and good eye on adding the extra details. |

Thanks guys, yes lots of Popsicle sticks! The most time consuming part were the buildings and making them appear "wrecked" like Smaug just attacked the night before. For fun, i really want to get Bard with Laketown, Bolg with Azogs Hunters, Legolas w/ Elves and Smaug on this and see what happens!! |

As the group that plays on this terrain, I can verify that this is a stunning board! I have yet to see anything of it's size and detail for Laketown before! Excellent job! |

This is pretty incredible! How did you support the docks from underneath? |

Thanks, how do I directly upload the photos, when I tried the forum said the picture was invalid or too large. Oh there are Styrofoam blocks underneath all the docking , one inch thick and in various lengths because the dock sections are all different sizes. I wanted the docks high enough off the water surface but low enough for minis to climb up and down from the ice chunks.... |

Upload the pics to photobucket and then copy and paste each individual pics image code into your post. If the pics are huge then you may need to resize them. You can do that easily enoh on photobucket too if needs be. Incredible work. |

aw1909 wrote: Been working on and finally finished a completely ruined version of Laketown with moveable buildings, The Masters House, the Jail that Bard Breaks out of , The tower he shoots the wind lance from, Fishermen Homes, Bridges, Ice Chunks, water, and Docks. I used hundreds of popsicle sticks for the docks and Balsa for all the buildings. Very fun layout for scenarios, cant wait for a Smaug Scenario on this...........maybe a barge for the center water way! Here are some examples before the buildings are painted: Fixed the links. If you're taking photos of facebook, use the img button instead on the URL button. On topic! WOW! |

Having had the pleasure of seeing/playing on this board in person, I can say that it is breathtaking and even the great pictures don't fully do it justice. Keep up the great work and looking forward to what next you have up your sleeve! |

What a board! Would be awesome to play on something like this. Really love how you've gone and created the prison cell where Bard is locked up and subsequently breaks out of! Classic. Keep us posted on Moria! |
