I like all these conversions. The only change I'd make is take the helmet off the spear and place it on the base at the place where the spear is planted. It'd look more natural as that's quite a stretch and during a battle seems like a bad choice (for the soldier not you)

Great conversions!

They look like more battle hardened guardsmen...maybe sent to defend the lower walls while Minas Tirith was under attack.

I love making rank and file troops unique and individual...these will look even better once painted up!
