The cloak looks amazing! I really love the blending and contrast there, simply perfect! What else is finished? Please excuse that I can't tell that but I'd say that the rest needs a little more contrast... |

Both the face and the cloak seem almost real. Especially it seems to me as if I could go on and touch and feel the fabric of the cloak. However, if you feel, it needs more work, push it a bit further with the contrast on a few folds. |

Thanks fellas Bennett - really only the cloak is finished, or just about. I've done work on the armour, face and hair as you can see, but mainly the armour needs more work. I wanted the cloak done and will move onto the shield before I start adding more glazes for the shadows. |

As the other guys have said, good work! I wouldn't mark you down at all for the face and blue cloak. Top stuff. |

The work on the face is excellent not to mention the blending on the cloak. |

Nicely done and interesting technique on the sword but I'm not sure if it's a tad too dark in the shading as, for me, it draws the focus away from the body of the miniature. |

Excellent work, especially on the shading/blending. I think the sword looks cracking as well. Can't wait to see him based up and finished! |

He looks great. It looks like a hint of blue in the sword highlight, but it could be reflection, but it looks nice. The blue is such a great color, pops right out there (perfect for his banner ability to his troops, just keep the orc blood off). |

I put a bit off effort in the cloak. I used VMC Royal Blue to base and mixed 50% VGC Glacier Blue for the highlights. Next up was thin GW Hawk Turquoise which I applied in roughly 78000 layers to get the blend. A bit of VMC Dark Prussian Blue for the extreme shading with a touch of VMC Black Glaze. For the extreme highlights I used pure VMC Glacier Blue then back to the turquoise to work the blend, constant pushing the paint into the darker areas. It is actually better IRL as the photo isn't that great. |
