Good choice of colours and some nice freehand work on the cloak.
I would like to see you push the contrast by shading in the folds of the cloak. Use black or a dark blue mixed with black and apply in thin layers to these folds and you will see the contrast develop. It should take a few coats to achieve the look, you cannot and should never do it in one coat.

I agree with Gandlaf. You've got a good steady free-hand so details will come easy. Spend a little time building up layers, shades/highlights (there are numerous techniques) and you'll see huge improvements.
