After a year of nearly zero painting activity (due to the fact that I moved country and didn't have all my miniatures with me) I've finally gotten to painting. I've started with these giant spiders. What do you think?

Your paintjob is very nice. I like the first conversion rather than the second, though I may like that too if it was shot from a different angle. Cheers, keep up!

Thanks guys! The only thing I sculpted was the webs around the orc being wrapped up.

The sculpting of that must have been a pain. If you do any more, or cocoon any more victims then I recommend thread soaked in watered down PVA glue. It will wrap better/easier, be consistent size, and can be painted after fairly easy.

The painting is great.
