Heres my start, three of my Rohan Captains, Eomer w/shield on foot, Proxy rohan captain w/shield and Hama

Looking good, Ste! I like Eomer's shield, will be exciting to see the finised project! Hama and the captain are looking very smart, where does the capt come from? |

The captain fits perfectly with the others. Eomer's shield is very impressive. Very nice painting, I am curious to see how you will base them. There is a lot of love for Rohan these days! |

The Captain was part of a freebie on entry to Salute (probably the largest wargames convention in UK) in 2006. There were two figures in the set, representing Arthur's battle with Mordred. aaaaarrrgh, these guys are fiddly they take some concentration and Ive never been good at that, lol Only 43 warriors mtd and 44 on foot to paint and theoden on foot eomer mounted and 6 royal guard ft and mounted to go!!!!!!!!!!!! HmmmmmmmThis army wont be seein battle any time soon hahaha

Loving what im seeing so far mate. Your mounted Theoden is awesome Well it took me a year to finish my Rohan force but then again i had a few months off in total. If you commit for a few hours each day or every weekend it will be managable. Rohan i can honestly say is definately one of my favourite forces to see on the field anyway. I guess its up to you how much you are willing to go.

Theoden on foot now added to the foray!!!! Eomer mounted and a Hama Mtd conversion to come!!!!
