Here's my WIP thread :)
I paint/convert/sculpt just about all races of middle earth and I will try and show you a broad range of my work.

First off, some Green Stuff bits and pieces:
Here's a few severed heads I made out of green stuff

I love that Royal guard!

May I first say, I am not at all surprised by your avatar :D

Very good sculpting-conversions. The severed heads do look fairly similar to the ones you get on the Mordor Trolls (the left one anyway), and the Royal uard is quite easily recognisable as such.

Good job :yay:

Really nice sculping, wish I could do that ;O
I like the orc captain the most, and for the straps, just a couple of strings?

Woah!!
you haven't got green stuff???
My advice to you is: Get some.
seriously, besides painting the models its the funnest thing i've found in the hobby so far 8)
it adds a whole new aspect to the hobby IMO
you can make every model unique
And its really cheap, i got 24 inches of the stuff for about 3-4 quid (on ebay)
heres some work i did on legolas a few days ago, I added the blanket, pouch and the small bag

P.S. sorry for the HUGE pictures everybody

Heres a few converted uruks that I intend to paint up over the next few days
they were uruk warriors but I converted them by swapping their pikes with goblin bows and giving them bags for X-bow bolts.
the bags aren't very good because they were only the second greens I had ever done
