I was thinking of making a mold for this guy, although i wasn't taking that into mind when sculpting him so i'm not sure if this will ruin the sculpt with respect to cutting it up and making the joining spots for his limbs.
I wonder would it be easier to just sculpt a another one with casting in mind.

That looks fantastic.

How big is it?

They look great - the faces are very expressive.
I will quibble a little: the 'hands' are just a bit on the big side for such fine bodies - that's just my opinion. You could make some ents with bigger bodies. Quibble number 2: one of the features of the ents was their range of appearance, in that each had an exterior characteristic that mimiced the shape and form, as well as the texture of one species of tree. So maybe change the bark texture on some, the body shape, 'head' shape? The great thing about ents (or tree-giants) is that you can have a lot of fun coming up with variations.

Good luck with number 4. And 5,6,7,8,9,10.... 8)

Wonderful work on that, Ent. Its truly stunning. 8)

However, I do agree that his hands are a bit to large. Other then that I love him though. :)

Lovely sculpting job! The ents are looking marvelous :) I must ask you though, what did you use for the leaves?

Kitchen sponge. I ripped it up and then plucked the shape using a tweezers. Soaked the sponge in dark green paint, then covered it with about two or three layers of flock using PVA. must say though the glue can make the finer parts of the sponge brittle.
