Excellent work on the bases and the armour looks great too - worn and old. :yay:

Those black Númenóreans are fantastic.

What did you highlight the black cloth with?

Month break from Lotr and I'm back :D One Terminator squad later :D

Now I'm going for commissions again. Last week I recieved one and after 4 days of painting I'm halfway done. TIme to bring on painting ADHD.

So far these are nearly finished, some washes, pigments and varnish need to be added, plus I have to finish bases, but that won't be done before varnishing.

Man this is very good work but there are 2 thing that doesn't looks good the undying looks a bit weird. It looks like you used too much washes and the eye on the hornblower rangers looks strange but I know that it's the model. Very good work and maybe you can post a picture of the ranger hornblower from a different angle.

Stunning work as ever viktor. Very good, but from you, that's the standard. :)

Nice to see some of the newer miniatures painted as well.

Could you tell me if boromir's shield comes loose with the mounted miniature and if the arm that has the horn of the Blackroot vale command is attached to the body and face? thanks. :)

As far as I remember the shield is loose (I glued it 2 years back :D ) so is the arm with the horn.

It's hard to do something more with commission, I do what they as me to ;)

:? More of the same old, same old from you, but just as stunning as normal! :-D Your style of painting is a bit too bright and snazzy for me, but the figures are so well painted I can't complaint too much. My favorite has to be the knight of umbar and the detailing on the rohan banner, stunning!
Keep up the great work. :yay:

For sure....Not :) Just avarage commitment to what I do ;)

@theavenger001: The banners weren't that much of a challange taking that they have been sculpted with ornaments ;)

Great, thanks for answering. I need some ideas for converting. :)

Looking forward to seeing all of the other as well! always, when I have some time off, it's great to wander through some of the older pages of great WIPs like this. Very handy for inspiration, and just some looks at little works of art. :)

I sometimes do the same thing ;) It's funny 'cause when I look through my WiP I just can't believe that it's been this long, I mean I can remember painting those minis like it was yesterday :)

I was actually talking about the colouring of the banners ornaments. I really like the white fading to ice blue, it makes the figure that much better. 8)
I hope to see more soon.
