I bought a new TV for the Olympics and I almost were more pleased with the protective styrofoam than the TV. The styrofoam was a perfect base for a Town Gate to the Harbor City!!

I like the progress that you have made. You might want to try drywall mud as texture for the white foam to cover the bead texture. The Blog is cool too!

Personally thats one of the things that I really like about this hobby! Sometimes it's just wonderfull what can serve as the basis of an awesome piece of terrain or a cool conversion!

Cool looking stuff, the staircase is particularly good looking and functional as well, which is the hardest thing with the slot-a bases.

Just wondering, JCoo, if you ever textured the walls on the harbor houses with anything besides the crackle paint?
