Omg that dragon is sweet haha. That would look awesome having this guy attacking elves from the first age. Seems like a typical worm of Morgoth.
Thanks Feanorthenoldor, I'm glad you like him.

Dragon and barlog awsome, but the troll is disaster
I know that u wanted him to look like goblin town troll but this chip dry brush is bad.
Keep up the good work and go forward!!!
LAG, thanks for the comments. However, I don't know what goblin town troll you're talking about. I was actually going for a color scheme that I saw many years ago, but couldn't find the picture for reference.
Any tips on how to improve on this "disaster", so you say?
Be careful how you word your comments. You might offend someone using words like that.
Now, I have a small update.
Many years ago, I tried to make some terrain. At the time, I was very pleased with it. I never finished them, however. And over the years, as I made newer terrain and improved my skills, the older ones looked worse and worse. So, I finally decided to start working on them, now that I have time again.
Before pictures:
(Notice how many pieces it took to make one wall section)
After some work was done:
(I added rubble, windows, and more detailing.)
(I even covered those seems so it looks like one wall
)
I've since added more plaster to cover the rubble mounds and will soon add the different sizes of grit (I might use dirt though) to make this look like rubble. Something similar to the Osgiliath diorama I have been working on. Speaking of which, I need to paint that......
And here is another old terrain piece:
(I'm just going to make a new one. I don't think I can salvage this...)
So yeah! There you have it! I will continue to work on things and hopefully remember to take pictures. I've been going on a terrain building spree these past couple of weeks. Not all of it is LotR related, but it's still the same hobby! Till next time!!
