I've recently started to collect a army of Dale, these are the first results.
The pictures are not great (Camera of a tablet) but you'll be able to see my colour scene.

These are only the first three, but many more will follow.
As well as Riders of Dale conversions. (but I plan to only buy new models when the former ones are done, otherwise I'll never finish this project)

Please tell me what you think of it and what you'd might change.

I am not familiar with embedded cameras but maybe you are inside its minimum focus distance? Or the minis are just too small for it to detect? Anyway, what we can see looks excellent!
Welcome to the One-Ring!

Euhm thank you, but I've been around for some time.
And I've firstly resized the pictures, and now they look "acceptable" to my standards.

I'm also planning to add some Dalestyled building in the near future.

Would like to see some better pictures, I'm painting these at the moment and you don't see many being painted at the moment

They seem to be goos but I would also like some better pictures if you can. It would be a shame not to properly show off what looks like great work.

I'll certainly add more (and better pictures) soon, I'm almost finished with the first 10 of them.
I've found a new painting buddy and I've been working on some till 2.45h former night.

Looks beautiful.
What sort of force did you envision and why did you pick the men of Dale?

Also glad to see another Belgian! :)

I've picked the men of Dale mainly because of their looks and secondly cause I like them statwise/gameplayish as well. They are semi elites with their above average Fight.
And their isn't so much lore about them what happened with their kingdom during the war of the ring. (only that they expanded their borders and got attacked by a easterling horde) so I see plenty of grey areas where I can convert them and use them with other profiles but still get a army feeling. (I'm planning to make some mounted and use them as riders of rohan. Ally rules are so usefull for this)

Where do you play? I'm located near antwerp.

Apologies - old brain under severe strain at the moment: I saw the word recent and that erased your 2009 join date. I am such an eejit.
I even got the teeshirt for that as one of my Christmas/birthday presents :)
More Men of Dale please!

Is there a men of Dale T-Shirt!? oO
No hard feelings, my mind is on a failure 1/2 of the time.

Soon I will get a update with my small number of finished models and the start of my terrain making of Dale (I have the materials already but I lack time)
