Here's the original Tree giant vs the modified version on the right.


I did a number of modifications for the figure especially the right arm and facial expression. Of course the arrows were added to give more story to the Ent. Also I got the dead orc painted in the video as well. Someone mentioned about the length of the arrows should be shorter. I did shorten the arrows but not too short. I figured arrows would not penetrate as deep since the Ents have tougher skin just like tree bark. What do you guys think?

I almost thot everything was gone with the updates for one-ring...

I finally got my Orc commander painted. I opted to go for a brighter skin tone for this Lurtz figure and without the face paint.
I'm using this character as a different Orc commander for my diorama. I just added a skull to this miniature and did not do much modifications. I stayed away from metallic paints for this one as with my previous miniatures.

Btw I broke the sword on this miniature and had to reattach it . Here's how I restored it back to full glory.

Thanks so much for the comments on Lurtz guys. I really appreciate it. It's been more a month since my last post.
I've been busy dealing with some family tragedies but now I'm back to post the completed diorama for Isengard.

I have painted a number of orcs to populate the finished Isengard dio. Finally I decided not to include Saruman and Grima( You see I listen sometimes too) lol. I'll make a special diorama for them later.


I've edited the pictures and videos into a one minute video on Isengard. I hope you all will like it. Comments are welcome.
