Hey all,
Kind of doing this backwards but I made some hobbit holes and wanted to show them here. I am going to work on a larger "Bag End" type hole eventually and will show the progress, not just the final photos. For those interested, the doorways and windows are a mixture of stuff that I scratch built, a few plaster pieces I purchased a few years ago (Can't recall the retailer). I made my own rubber molds to cast windows and simple round doors as well.
Overall, these were very simple to make and with an organic terrain piece like a hobbit hole, you can make mistakes and easily cover over them!

Nice work. I like the brick work. I thought about the bright summer static grass but it does not match the rest of gaming table. I look forward to seeing how you made yours.I have a similar post and would like to hear what you think. I am about to add static grass and flowers then I will add small details like a bird house and fire place tools. There is a Bag end build off post you may be interested in as well.
I for one am looking forward to more post. :yay:
