I dont know.......I think their should be a modification. I dont believe if you have more than one ringwraith, it should be affected, but if you have say, A wraith, a dragon, and a something else all within the same area, their courage should be lowered till it gets to 1. Personally, I think theyre paying alot for those models anyway. The rule should be changed. Or maybe, any unit with it to a lowering of 2 courage maximum. I find fighting certain high courage units, those rules do absolutely nothing. It pretty much affects men, and other evil units, but does absolutely nothing to elves most of the time. And Ive faced them with it and terror many a time. What do you guys think? |

-1 courage even to the highest courage units is amazing. I've seen lots of elves roll a 5 for their courage, be within range of a wraith and leg it. HoE is amazing in the end game when there aren't many heroes left or they are spread out and cant get a decent stand fast. I don't think it needs changing personally |

Making anything stack in LOTR is dangerous and can lead to broken rules that can be abused. I would highly recommend not letting Harbinger of evil stack either. -1 courage has already pretty useful effects. |

Well I guess you guys feel the same. I just really think if theres a dragon left, and the Necromancer it should justify the minus two. And I mean like a -2 max or something. Ive played against terror with terror and the HOE and my current weekly opponent never has an issue with elves failing courage. It drives me nuts lol. |

Well, that's just what Elves do when faced with terrifying enemies: bravely stand their ground (until getting eaten by said terrifying enemies). Seems justified... |

You really hate elves don't you? lol Well that makes you kin to Sauron at least, you can see why he's frustrated. For the record, many elves remember times when the skies were full of Balrogs. I imagine surviving such things gives them a enlightened sense of optimism. (Or in this case, great courage) 'Hm. Could be worse, could be two of them.' - Elf said to his ally facing Smaug. However in seriousness you can see how this rule would be exploited. Fear is fear after all. If you're brave enough to stand and face a dragon, I think if something else shows up you're just going to roll with it anyway. |

hmm I would suggest the following harbinger could be 12" -1 courage; ancient evil could be 12" -1 courage and test on 3D6 discart the highest. |

And lol could be two haha. Yeah idk. I don't hate elves I use them often its just playing them week after weak pretty much showed me how useless terror is against them. Idk. I'd say in a battle if I was fighting....its like you see a cave troll....scary.....but you see a dragon walk by and a ring wraith show up and now you're really fearful. |
