Ashar is another member of the hasharii-harad order of assassins.

His profile can be found below:

Ashar, Lord of Harondor

F/S S D A W C M/W/F
5/3+ 4 3 3 2 4 1/1/3

wargear: Ashar carries a poisoned blowpipe, poisoned throwing knives and many blades coated in virulent poison.

Each time a hasharin strikes a model with a shooting or close combat attack and fails to wound, he must re-roll the dice. This bonus applies to any result, not just a 1 as for other haradrim poison weapons.

Special Rules:

Wrath of the sepent lord: Ashar is one able to kill many warriors on the battlefield without struggle or thought. His skills are beyond those of a normal hasharin. Whenever Ashar uses his point of might, roll a D6. On a 4+, the might point was free and there is no need to reduce his might store by 1.

Pride of Harondor: Ashar is a very strong assassin. His arrogance and pride leads him to beleive that his skills are beyond those in all of Harad. Therefore he never grants a stand fast to friendly troops nearby and he never benefits from a banner bonus. However, if suladan is also included in the army, then Ashar's fight and courage values are both increased by 1. If suladan dies then Ashar loses these bonuses.

Increase his fight value to 6, so that he is capable of beating elves/named captains

Points cost? Also, normal Hashari have Defence 4; I'm not sure if yours is meant to have less or if it's a mistake.
