I started making these quite a while ago, but looking at the FoG feedback forum inspired me to make revisions and post them up here. there's a good post in the elf mage thread which explains what they are about:

Lore Masters carry enchanted Elven Blades. They may purchase a Circlet of the Noldor at additional cost:

Enchanted Elven Blade: When they are accepted into the order of the Wise, Lore Masters are presented with enchanted Elven Blades. These function in the same way as a normal Elven Blade, however, the wielder of an enchanted Elven blade may also use the shielding rule.
*Circlet of the Noldor: Enchanted by the Noldor in Ages past, the wearer of a Circlet of the Noldor may expend one point of Will each turn, to employ or resist Magical Powers, without depleting his own Will store.

†Amulet of the Noldor: Enchanted by the Noldor in Ages past, once per turn, when the wearer of an Amulet of the Noldor uses a Will point to employ or resist Magical Powers, roll a D6. On a score of 4+, the point is free – do not decrease the number of will in the store.
